Eight New-Generation African Poets is a limited-edition poetry box set. This year's lineup of poets has grown to eight, and the quality of the poetry remains as stellar as ever. Eight New-Generation African Poets features poets from the Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Angola, as well as the US and the UK where some of these poets now reside. The poems open up spaces of the African imagination that are varied in their topical interests.
