Biblioteca Municipal, Francisco Álvarez Marrero in Manatí, PR, opened in 1994 to offer educational and cultural resources. Named after a local poet, it houses a Puerto Rican collection and children's room. The building features a historic coat of arms mosaic and a symbolic stained glass ceiling.
