Every Thing Goes Book Cafe is the largest used bookstore in Staten Island, offering a well-organized and diverse selection of pre-owned books. Since 2005, the cafe has served as a community hub and performance venue, featuring organic coffee and teas, a peaceful backyard garden, and house plants.
