Kibbitznest Books, Brews & Blarney is a non-profit bookbar on the west side of Lincoln Park in Chicago, founded in 2016. It offers a curated liberal-arts book selection, 35+ craft beers, cocktails, coffee, snacks, board games, and typewriters — all in a deliberately WiFi-free space designed to encourage face-to-face conversation. Donations from used-book sales support the Kibbitznest, inc. non-profit mission. Programming includes a monthly book club with Sara Schroeder, Page Break (a silent book club), Second Sunday Poetry Un-Slam, TenX9 storytelling nights, and open mics.
