Philly AIDS Thrift @ Giovanni's Room in Philadelphia, PA, is the oldest running queer and feminist bookstore in the country. This non-profit 501c3 shop sells new and used books along with donated thrift items, with all proceeds supporting local organizations in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
